
Apple Crumble 正左3 次, 個個朋友食過都話好食, 問我拎recipe
連亞媽唔會咁易讚我既, 都開口話好食! 所以我決定好detail 咁打出黎 (連亞仔生日party都無寫post, 呢個媽媽太懶喇 )
搬左亞媽新屋一排先記得有焗爐, 之前恨買果時又無位放, 但果時反而成日正d 唔洗oven 既cake.. 呢家打蛋器, 磅,都pack 晒箱
有焗爐, 拿拿林正我最愛既Apple Crumble, 係U 果時成日正, 因為真係好簡單好容易, 香港食一D都唔平, 又唔係傳統食果d (最緊要係我要加Custard 的!!)
(由於我無磅, 所以我係網上搵唔洗磅既recipe, 因為我知外國好多都用cups 呀, tsblespoon 做單位.. 結果比我搵到, 好方便.出黎效果都無問題.. 好開心)
ALL U NEED IS : APPLES , PLAIN FLOUR & SOFT BROWN SUGAR (Custard powder -optional )
(A) Apple fillings
1-2 Apples-- 削皮切粒, 可以大粒D
2 tablespoons - soft brow sugar:
1 tablespoon - plain flour
(B) Crumbles-- 面果層餅
6 tablespoon flours
4 talbespoons brown sugar
50g Butter in room temperture ( 通常都有刻g 係包裝紙, 跟住果d 黎切出50g 就ok )
1. Mix (A), 跟住浦係盤底/杯仔底, 厚到隨意.
2. (B) - 洗乾淨手~用手混合所有野, 係咁"卒"D 牛油...
卒卒下會變晒好似麵包康咁既形態, 好似粗沙咁 (我會正得仔細d..唔會留有大粒既牛油, 同埋如果覺得太濕, 可以加多少少Flour)
呢個方法叫"Rubbing in"... 唔知你地明唔明我講咩, 上網搵左條片比你地睇...呢個個男人正得肉酸D..但差唔多係咁啦..

3. (B) 鋪係(A)面, 輕手D, 千其唔好用力, 唔好"壓"...如果唔平, 拎起成個杯或盤, 搖一搖~~ 壓左個餅會實D.. 鋪到遮住晒d Apples, 鋪到有d 厚度會好食D.
Oven 180C/350F/Gas4 (I would preheat for 10 mins)
And bake For 30-40mins (我用細杯係正6-7個, 15-20mins 已經夠
Serve with: Custard (唔正Custard 加 villa ice cream 都好好食架! )
(如果用多几個Apple 就可以double Crumbles 既份量, Apples 同crumble比例,多D少D 可以自己決定) 
CUSTARD----係我食Apple Crumble 不可決少的, 係Hk 出去食,從來都伙好少serve Apple crumble with Custard, 我自己正就一定要有!
去百佳買我係UK 食開果隻custard, 唔想試其他custard powder 係唔係唔同或有咩唔同喇~

同埋呢隻Brand有分'Instant Custard Powder' 同Custard Powder 的. (其他賣bakery 材料店果d Custard Powder (吉士粉) 我未試過
Instant Custard Power: 加熱水好似開糊仔咁就得, 想傑D 加多d 粉, 想稀d 加多d 水
Custard Powder : 要自己加糖同加熱奶 (麻煩好多, 唔好買錯)
其實Apple Crumbles 有好多變化, 仲可以加 oats OR nuts..etc 果時係uk 怕肥就加oats, replace 其中一部份flour 都好食架~
